Food and lifestyle directly affect our body and mind. Understanding the results of what we consume through the eyes, ears, skin, and mouth is a mystery to most. Learn how to make wise personalized adjustments by combining foods and balanced activities to manage health and vitality. I'm a chef specializing in Osteopathic Medicine, helping anyone to learn about the direct link between natural foods and substitutes we consume in a modernized world. My engaging podcasts are fun, fact-based, and challenging. I emphasize current research and demystifying trends that often mislead consumers. We live in a world of highly promoted health claims and often struggle to embrace the simplicity of nature's ambiguous perfection."Living Better Every Day" requires curiosity and knowledge.
And then, I love interviewing friends and clients about their interaction with the super-rich beyond the periphery of this rainbow we call life. The stories of us working in the HNWI households are always eye-opening... and my life is full of them! All within the realm of respect and fun!

Alzheimer's Brain health and Food correlation
Doctor Richard Isaacson, M.D., spoke on CNN and made me ponder why research hardly ever includes categorizing people who participate by their eating habits. We have enough understanding to adapt to the fact that our brains are directly influenced by the foods we consume, the sounds we listen to, and the lifestyle choices we make. Pharmaceutical companies bank on the fact that they can profit more lucratively in the long term by skipping to include a food-related health adjustment. I find such research questionably faulty.
